How to Request Deletion

1. Email us from the address on your account. Send your request to info@leegreenbasketballacademy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
2. Include your account details. Tell us the full name and email address registered to the account so we can locate it.
3. We confirm and delete. We'll verify the request came from the account owner, then permanently delete the account. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete — within 30 days of your request.

What Gets Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email address, and login credentials)
• Course progress, training history, and activity records in the app
• Any messages or submissions tied to your account

What May Be Retained

Some records are kept only where the law requires it or a legitimate business need exists:

• Purchase and payment records, retained for tax and accounting compliance
• Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.

A Note for Parents

If the account belongs to your child, a parent or guardian may submit the deletion request on their behalf. Just note the relationship in your email and include the player's name and account email.
