a chance to get reps, build chemistry, and get familiar with the 3rd/4th grade team before the season ramps up.

Club Team — What's Included

- 3Full access for the remainder of the summer covered by a single one-time fee of $250.

The Drop Lab — Level 3: Shoot Quicker

Full Program
Level 1 taught the Drop to create space. Level 2 turned it downhill.
Level 3 turns that separation into a quick, balanced shot — taken before the defense recovers.
Built on the C.F.F.C. system across 13 teaching points, from quick-stop and pull-up footwork to reading the defender's cushion.
They line up back-to-back. Drop Lab runs 5:00–6:00 PM, then club practice 6:00–7:00 PM — same days, same gym. Stack both for a full hour of skill work into a full hour of team reps.
